System Overview

The membrane automatic filter press consists of a pullback cylinder, hydraulic power pack, PLC control system, plate shifter, pneumatic valves, and advanced membrane plates. The entire filtration cycle is automated, ensuring minimal manual intervention and maximum operational reliability.

This system is designed to optimize cake formation, improve washing efficiency, and enhance solid-liquid separation performance across various industrial applications.

Working Principle

During filtration, slurry is pumped into the filter chambers where solids accumulate to form a filter cake. The membrane plates then apply controlled pressure to compress the cake, extracting additional liquid and increasing dryness.

A pre-squeeze operation ensures uniform cake formation, eliminating channeling and improving wash efficiency. The final squeeze stage significantly enhances solid content while reducing moisture levels.
